What is the NexNeuro System?
The NexNeuro system is full body vibration therapy that combines, vibroacoustics, music and video used to induce the “Relaxation Response". NexNeuro offers many different vibroacoustic systems.
What is the purpose of the system?
Our purpose of the nexNeuro System is to bring the benefits of relaxation to those in need. Our systems are designed to give you relief in as little as 20 minutes. Our full body supporting lounges allow anyone to use our lounges. From the healthy to those that who cannot sit or stand, the benefits of relaxation can be achieved. The technologies in our system are designed to induce the “Relaxation Response”, which is known to decrease muscle tension, lower heart rate and blood pressure, calm the body and deepen your breathing pattern.
What is sound and energy medicine?
You hear these words quite a lot from individuals discussing complementary medicine. If you looked at your body through a microscope, what you see would be tiny strings (or particles) vibrating in emptiness. Your entire being is an orchestra; each of your atoms, molecules, organs, brain, thoughts, emotions... contains a resonant frequency of its own, which will vary in each individual. Sound and Vibration Therapy works with this principle, it is based on the fact that everything in the universe has a vibration, therefore a frequency.
What does sound and energy have to do with my body?
When experiencing stress or trauma on any level of being (physical, emotional, mental, chemicals, radiation, etc.), frequencies not normal to your body starts to reduce or stops the free flow of your healthy resonant vibration. Over time, the physical body manifests these imbalances under the form of illness, weakness or disease.
Everyone has stress in their lives. What is wrong with a little stress?
Scientists have known for decades that continuous stress depletes the body's energy and prevents our immune system from working at its best to protect us from frequent colds, flus, and other viral or bacterial infections. Not only that, but studies at Princeton have demonstrated that aging itself leads to a rise in the levels of stress hormones that are the likely cause of a decline in our ability to form new neurons. So it turns out that aging is a cause of stress! The good news: once the stress is relieved, the brain still has the ability to generate the new neurons. Another study published in the same journal in October of 1999 found that high levels of stress hormones produced by the adrenal glands in old age negatively affects our production of neurons. One can find any number of articles about the causes of stroke commonly in the form of exaggerated blood pressure reactions to stress.
Does that mean people can get sick from stress?
Stress is linked to a number of illnesses or conditions from which our populations suffers including insomnia, eating disorders (eg., obesity caused by "stress" eating), depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. It has been implicated as a cause for heart and other circulatory diseases, hypertension, and illnesses that result from an impaired immune system including some cancers. Add in the modern toxins that contribute (caffeine, the evening cocktail, pollution, too much cold weather, poor dietary habits) and we find the root of a number of medical conditions. And, with aging come some "naturally occurring" forms of stress from within. We are speaking of "modern" stress, the unrelenting stress from which there is no relief.
What are frequencies in the body?
Vibration therapy is based on the principle that every cell in the body is controlled by an electromagnetic field which resonates at its own particular sound frequency. In the same way, each molecule or group of cells of which an organ or tissue is composed has its own individual sound pattern and emits a vibration peculiar to this pattern. Taking this one step further, the entire body has a composite harmonic frequency with its own personal vibratory rate as unique as a fingerprint.
What are ‘Resonant Frequencies’?
Every organ, bone, and virtually every “cell” in the human body vibrates at its own resonant frequency. Together, they make up a composite frequency not unlike that of a symphony orchestra. When an organ in the body is out of tune, it can affect the health of the entire body. Since the body always seeks the most efficient vibration, it takes far less energy to vibrate at the correct frequency than the incorrect one.
How do resonant frequencies affect the brain (in layman’s terms)?
Brain resonant entrainment or we will call it brain re-training is simple put as changing the brain wave state from the present state to a different on . . . . . for an example, if a tuning fork designed to produce a frequency of 440 Hz is struck (causing it to oscillate) and then brought into the vicinity of another 440 Hz tuning fork, the second tuning fork will begin to oscillate. The first tuning fork is said to have entrained the second or caused it to resonate. The same goes true for the brain . . . . . it will respond to frequencies that are received from the body.
What do frequencies have to do with my health?
When we are healthy, this frequency pattern is steady and constant, but when dysfunction or disease changes the harmony of the body, the area affected will generate an abnormal resonant frequency. If the diseased organ or tissue, such as a kidney or liver, is exposed over a period of time to the correct frequency of a healthy kidney or liver, it will cause the vibrational pattern of the diseased organ to correct itself and return to a state of health and harmony.
What is Vibration Therapy?
Vibroacoustic therapy is a recently recognized technology treatment method based on the combined effects of music and low frequency sound vibration. It uses sound in the audible range to produce mechanical vibrations that are applied directly to the body. The technology uses speakers or transducers placed within mats, mattresses, chairs, recliners, tables, or soft furniture to provide a physiologic and auditory experience.
How does vibration therapy work?
Acoustically speaking, the body is but a skin sack filled of water. If we imagine such a sack being placed on a series of loud-speakers and send bass sound through these speakers, we realize that the sound vibrations will be felt at any point of the surface of the sack. This means that all water molecules inside the sack have been put into motion. If we then imagine a human being in place of the skin sack, the sound will move through the body as if it was water and we can feel the vibrations on the body surface. Thus, all cells in the body have been vibrated by the sound waves, and the body has received a deep cellular “internal massage.” In that way, organs deep in the body which we cannot reach by traditional methods - nerves, glands, heart, lungs, deep-lying blood vessels, myofascial and brain tissue are stimulated and massaged through sound vibrations. You literally “feel” the sound as it radiates throughout your the entire body.
Does Vibration Therapy affect my brain?
Yes. Brain activity is based on cells called neurons which interact and connect with each other forming groups or neural networks. These neural networks respond to external stimuli and are activated by stimulating an individual’s senses and nervous system. Vibration therapy delivers “natural stimulants” in a passive and non-invasive stimulation process that exercises the brain and central nervous system with the specific intent of balancing, optimizing and harmonizing the body and brain.
What are Binaural Beats?
When signals of two different frequencies are presented, one to each ear, the brain detects phase differences between these signals. "Under natural circumstances a detected phase difference would provide directional information. The brain processes this anomalous information differently when these phase differences are heard with stereo headphones. A perceptual integration of the two signals takes place, producing the sensation of a third "beat" frequency. The difference between the signals waxes and wanes as the two different input frequencies mesh in and out of phase. As a result of these constantly increasing and decreasing differences, an amplitude-modulated standing wave -the binaural beat- is heard. The binaural beat is perceived as a fluctuating rhythm at the frequency of the difference between the two auditory inputs.
Does NexNeuro use Binaural Beats in their music?
Yes. Audio with embedded binaural beats are mixed with music or background sound. They are used in relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, pain management, improved sleep quality, decrease in sleep requirements, super learning, enhanced creativity and intuition. Audio embedded with binaural beats is often combined with various meditation techniques, as well as positive affirmations and visualization. Audio with embedded binaural beats alters the electrochemical environment of the brain.
Is it safe?
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the FDA considers vibroacoustic equipment as a class one medical device. Class one devices are low-impact medical instruments that provide patient care. The FDA also recognizes that vibroacoustic devices aid in relaxation, pain relief and in increasing blood circulation.
How often many sessions does vibration therapy require?
Scientific evidence indicates that the body needs 40 days of consistent practice to retain cellular memory and allow for shorter sessions or longer periods between sessions. Depending on your disorder and need sessions and session may vary in days and length of session.
Are there certain frequencies I should be using?
Our composers have developed preprogrammed sessions to respond to the users’ present mental/physical state. Many of the titles have orchestrated binaural beats and brainwave entrainment to assure the effectiveness of our NeuroWave Sound Software. The sessions utilize vibrational therapy delivered by powerful frequency generators embedded in all of vibration products.
